[…] So... what I did is I realized, okay, we need new ways of actually measuring and managing things, right? It doesn't really matter how much code an individual developer writes. Mind you, this is back when developers own code or most of the code. What really matters is how much value we deliver to a customer, to a market. And so it's really about the flow of value through these digital experiences and ways of measuring that, much like we have that same way of measuring how many cars get through a production line at a car plant. But of course, with flow and the flow of these intangible assets, ideas and digital experiences and so on, it really is around how teams and people and now it turns out teams of people and agents collaborate around building that.
