<p>这还是一期聊天节目，本意是想听听朋友是怎么分了手？</p><p>最后话题转到了相亲这件事上，因为时长缘故，本期只先剪了2个朋友的相亲故事出来。</p><p>大龄宅女总是逃不掉被父母催婚和频繁相亲的经历，相亲之前觉得成了可当恋人，不成就当朋友，但一不小心总能见识新场面，处着处着发现处处不合适，经验多了不得不承认，相亲这件事，失败才是常态，成功才是偶然啊！</p><p>当然，如果这期节目有幸被你听到的话，愿意的话，也可以和我们分享你的相亲故事……</p>

辞职就辞职呗，上班可能会挂，但失业不会哦
<p>关键词：裸辞、内卷、职场PUA、认知、自我调节</p><p>是的，我又辞职了。</p><p>它不是什么新鲜事，如果说这次和以往有什么不同的话，大概是在于决定得更果断，也更平静。</p><p>只是但凡经历，必有收获，不管它是好是坏，我想应该证实，更何况也习惯了自省，所以和骆老师商量录了这期的音频。</p><p>我们职业不同、所处行业不同、对工作的预期不同、想要的东西也不同……如果要说有什么相同的话，可能是我们对未来的预期都没有那么盲目乐观。</p><p>这期内容从裸辞、内卷聊到职场PUA、价值观的差异等，聊得既发散又浅显，但通过这样的谈话，事后又引发了很多其它的思考，总归不是什么坏事。</p><p>不喜欢抱怨，所以会轻易选择脱离一个让我充满抱怨的环境；</p><p>不能长久地接受不合理，有些问题无解那就改变自己的选择；</p><p>比起未来可能遭遇的风险，更不能忍受当下瞻前顾后地妥协。</p><p>做出选择并不是什么难事，重要的是别后悔，幸运的是，即使一路颠沛流离，真正让我觉得后悔的事，倒是真的没有几件。</p><p>而更重要的是：往前看。虽然一年会比一年好，或许真的只是历史的偶然，但是相信相信的力量也未尝不是一种选择，就相信未来还有新的遇见、新的成就、新的经历，如果不多去体验，岂不是很可惜？</p><p>在这很久之前，我其实没有真的了解过自己，但至少学会了从我做过的事情里，开始慢慢判断我究竟是个怎样的人。</p><p>“世人拿来判定你的，不是你的说和想，是你做过的事情。”</p><p>为自己的选择承担后果，然后就积极地坚持幻想，面对现实吧。</p><figure><img src="https://image.xyzcdn.net/FpjqSFI3wvu3a-4fiE-s7W6nmBfG.jpg"/></figure>

我那不结婚的女朋友，是怎么想的？
