Creation vs. Evolution: Did God Create Everything in Six Days?
Did God create everything in six ordinary days? Brett and Pastor Matt Smith explore biblical creationism, the age of the earth, and how our assumptions influence the way we interpret Scripture and scientific observations.
Matt explains his young-earth reading of Genesis, the significance of a historical Adam, and the relationship between creation, the fall, and the gospel. Along the way, they discuss God as uncreated, intelligent design, irreducible complexity, and whether belief in evolution prevents someone from being a Christian.
They also consider how parents can help children examine the assumptions behind questions about faith and origins.
Opening listener Q&A covers masturbation, gambling, conscience, and living to the glory of God. Plus: do bumper stickers slap?
