At some point, we all develop our own version of normal. The routines we follow, the habits we develop, and the things we simply accept as part of everyday life. But what happens when we stop questioning what has become normal? In this episode, Chris explores how easily we can get used to almost anything—from the good things we may have stopped valuing to the patterns we may have accepted without realizing it. The goal isn't to avoid normalization, but to become more intentional about what we allow into our everyday lives. What needs to be reassessed or released? What deserves to be strengthened? And what have we drifted away from that's worth re-engaging with? Sometimes, the first step toward living with greater purpose is simply paying attention to what we've made normal.
