2023-06-30開始實施的修正交通條例
總結《道路交通管理處罰條例》部分條文修正案重點： 1. 不停讓行人罰款上限由 3,600 元上修為 6,000 元 2. 無照駕駛罰款上限翻倍：12,000 元上修為 24,000 元 3. 嚴重超速定義由超過最高限速60公里下修為超過最高限速40公里。 4. 危險駕駛行為 (含嚴重超速) 增加在高速公路違規迴車、倒車、逆向行駛行為，罰款上限由 24,000 元上修為 36,000 元，同時扣牌 6 個月。 5. 一年內被記點達 12 點，吊扣駕照 2 個月；二年內被吊扣駕照 2 次，再經記違規點數者，吊銷其駕駛執照。 6. 增加民眾檢舉項目：人行道、行人穿越道違停，但不包含紅黃線違停；倒車前沒有顯示倒車燈；倒車時沒有注意其他車輛或行人；在公共場所的出入口或消防栓前停車…等。 7. 古董車得領用專用牌照但需依規定之時間、路線或區域內行駛。 8. 車輛吊扣期間行駛致吊銷牌照者，應於原受吊扣處分期滿，始得再依受吊銷處分期間後方得重新領照。 這次修法特別強化停讓保護行人部分，無論罰則或罰款，相較過去都變得更重，加上恢復民眾檢舉制度，駕駛人一不小心恐傷荷包，但一切都是為了讓交通安全更進一步，也希望透過更嚴格的懲罰，擺脫「行人地獄」的惡名，若不想之後挨罰單，建議可以先把將修改過的法條弄熟哦！
