Parresia is a Greek work that means boldness. Boldly we receive, and boldly we share. Involved in ministry for over two decades, Tricia Gunn, the founder of Parresia, has always had a passion to see God’s beloved children healed and delivered — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She has had the honor of touching many people through writing curriculums on spiritual freedom and prayer as well as leading conferences in which thousands have participated. She has enjoyed the privilege of a front-row seat to witness the Lord’s miraculous power to transform countless lives for His glory. Today she teaches and writes about the extravagant love of the Father, the amazing grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and intimate friendship with the Holy Spirit. Tricia is the wife of Mark, and the mother of 5 wonderful grown children. Tricia and Mark reside in Birmingham, AL. His Grace Is Enough, Session 6, "Grace Upon Grace"

“Grace Upon Grace” includes several nuggets of truth which contrast true grace with a mixture of grace and law: Nugget #1 - We don’t need to balance grace and truth. Nugget #2 - We are forgiven past, present, and future. Nugget #3 - Repentance is not a change in behavior. Nugget #4 - The believer does not need to confess every sin to be forgiven. Nugget #5 - Paul never used the law on the believer. These grace nuggets might seem a bit confrontational to the religious mindset, but the intention is to touch our hearts with the extravagant love of God! His Grace Is Enough, Session 5, "Holiness Under Grace"

God has invited all of us to boldly enter His holy presence by faith in the blood of His Son, “by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh.” In His presence we can enjoy intimacy with Him and thrive without burdens, fears, and shame. At the moment that Jesus was crucified, the thick veil of the temple was torn from top to bottom by God Himself through the blood of His Son. The windows of heaven opened so that all people can have access to the Father. The same blood that tore the veil is the same blood that has washed your sins away so that you could boldly enter His holy presence! It’s a new and living way! The more we enjoy His presence, the more abundantly alive we will be! Beyond the veil at the throne of grace we should have a a debt-free, labor-free, hardship-free, hassle-free, guilt-free conscience. What kind of conscience is that? A conscience full of Jesus! It is only in the secret place of the Most High that we experience His extravagant love, the amazing grace of Jesus Christ, and the intimate friendship of the Holy Spirit. It is from that place that we learn the unforced rhythms of His grace. And it is in the presence of His holiness that we are awakened to the revelation that Jesus is our all in all! His Grace Is Enough, Session 4, "Uncompromising Grace"

Paul preached uncompromising grace! In fact, you see him rebuking the church in Galatians 1, 2, and 3 for returning to self-righteousness and religion and for allowing the gospel to be perverted. He used Abraham as our example of pure grace, and his cornerstone teaching was: “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” By simple faith in Jesus Christ for our righteousness, we become children of God and joint heirs with Jesus. Our identity in Christ, our inheritance in Him, and the “righteousness of faith” gives us hope no matter what our circumstances!
