Combining audio from the table, scripted narration and atmospheric soundscapes, A Wasteland Story follows the travel of a young girl, lost and alone, struggling to survive in the wasteland.
SosKaid finds herself inexplicably rescued from the jagged rusty saw of a security robot by a young Brotherhood of Steel initiate. She had taken refuge in a factory building escaping the horrific events that overran her village and (presumably) wiped out her family and everyone she knew. Over the course of the season a plot will unfold involving Super Mutants, the Brotherhood, the New California Republic and a town run by ghouls. SosKaid will get caught up in political intrigue, raider conflicts, an abandoned vault, and the search to find her estranged uncle far to the north....probably.
Based on the Fallout series of video games and Modiphius’ Fallout 2D20 tabletop rpg (ttrpg) system, this narrative driven meets actual play podcast brings together the creativity and interpretation of the player, and the randomness and unpredictability of the dice to tell an evolving story set in the fallout universe.
