About Game Dev is a podcast about the people behind game development.
Each episode features conversations with developers, designers, technical artists, studio founders, content creators, and industry professionals from across the games industry. We explore their career journeys, biggest successes, hardest lessons, creative philosophies, and the tools that help them build games.
From indie development and studio management to programming, design, production, marketing, and emerging technology, the goal is simple: uncover the insights, strategies, and real-world experiences that don't always make it into conference talks and social media posts.
Whether you're an aspiring developer, an industry veteran, or simply curious about how games are made, you'll find honest conversations, practical advice, and behind-the-scenes perspectives from the people doing the work.
New episodes hosted by Matt Gambell.
