Yes, working on ourselves mentally and physically is great and all, but does it have to be so serious all the time? Well that's where I come into play, tackling these topics that many seem to be talking about but none seem to be having fun with. Who knows what I might say!
One thing for sure, it will be Absolutely Angel every time!
Join me on this journey of ours, every Wednesday (hump day) as we engage in serious and meaningful topics (in a very cynical matter of course).

Here goes nothin!
Welcome all! Yes, this is the very first "episode" of the podcast. Get to know a little bit more about me, what I'm about and what I'm about to do. Of course this is just a taste of whats to come, I couldn't give it all away! Sit back and relax, I'll do the rest. I only ask for you to listen without judgment and with an open heart. Other than that, see y'all on hump day!
