Join us, Helen and Shalini, 40 something mums, friends and expert tea drinkers, as we share the truth about our completely run of the mill, ordinary lives. Expect joy, honesty and an open conversation among friends, along with utter chaos, unfiltered bursts of laughter and all-round mayhem. It's going to be a bumpy ride!
When we say we are fine what do we really mean? What happens when we open up and share something meaningful? Helen discusses how the overuse of the word fine might have quite different connotations and Shalini explores how she uses a more direct approach to get what she needs. Listen up for the usual warmth and intimacy of a conversation between friends that we want you to be part of. If you like what you hear please do share with a friend or write a review, it would mean a lot to us!
