Jessi Elder on Being a Freelance Writer with a Dose of Anxiety
In today's show with Jessi Elder, we talk all about mental health and what it is like to be A. a human with anxiety and B. an entrepreneur with anxiety. Jessi Elder is a wonderful freelance writer and mental health advocate, who started out her adult life as an Engineer. She has since changed careers and now runs a successful blog and freelance writing business. She is what I would call an open book. She loves to empower others with their own mental health challenges through being vulnerable in her writing about her own struggles. Her and I also talk about love languages, tips on how to overcome anxiety and my latest mental health diagnosis. My hope is that this episode brings you comfort to know that you are not alone in your mental health journey and that we are all our own diagnosis of "normal."
