Growing up usually means learning how to do things on our own. But when it comes to our relationship with God, maturity actually looks a little different. Jesus never intended for us to reach a point where we can say, “I’ve got this”—He invites us to remain connected to Him and depend on the Holy Spirit in every part of our lives. In this message, we talk about what it looks like to move from “I can do this myself” to “God, I don’t want to do this without you.”

Christianity is WAY more simple than you thought.
Sometimes we make Christianity so complicated that we miss the whole point. Jesus didn't come to give us a religious system to figure out. He came to restore our relationship with God.
In week two of Childlike Faith, Kevin reminds us that faith doesn't have to be complicated. We can simply come to God, enjoy a relationship with Him, and allow Him to transform us from the inside out.
Maybe it's time to stop complicating faith and start enjoying God.

One MAJOR thing that's keeping God at a distance (and how to fix it)!
Most of us have learned to be a little more careful about who we trust. We’ve been disappointed, misled, or burned—and those experiences shape how we approach people. But what happens when we start approaching God the same way? We might believe in Him and still keep Him at arm’s length, wondering what the catch is or whether He really wants us around. In this first message of Childlike Faith, we’re talking about what we’ve learned that we might need to unlearn, and what it would look like to be more open with a God who actually wants a relationship with us.
