Breaking through language barriers

English as a Second Language courses have more than doubled statewide, with attendance numbers at Wallace State even quadrupling. But the journey of mastering a new language is not easy. That’s why community partners such as the Hispanic Coalition of Alabama are stepping in to empower learners toward fluency and success.
