   Why You Feel Disconnected From Your Inner Guidance (And How to Reconnect in Minutes)

   In this episode, we explore why you may feel disconnected from your inner guidance, inner voice, or sense of direction — and how to gently reconnect without forcing clarity or overanalyzing yourself. Periods of overthinking, fear, emotional overwhelm, life shock, and mental overstimulation can all create the illusion that your inner guidance has gone quiet. But in most cases, it hasn’t disappeared. It has simply been harder to perceive beneath the mental noise. I share several real and grounded causes of inner disconnection, including living primarily in the thinking mind, dismissing inner signals as imagination, nervous system stress, and moving through intense life seasons that temporarily shift our focus into survival mode. You’ll also be guided through a simple grounding and reconnection practice designed to help you move awareness out of your head and back into your body — the very place where inner clarity, subtle knowing, and self-trust are most easily accessed.
