[…] And that experience changed how I think about assignments. Today, I asked myself three questions before assigning anyone. Who needs access? What do they need to accomplish? And And what's the least amount of access they need to do that successfully? And most of the time, the answer is they just need observe rights. Sometimes it's participate, but participate in a role other than the accreditation manager where all the files live. The important thing here is being intentional. And just remember, assignments aren't just a setup task that you complete before the assessors arrive.
