In this episode I speak with Trauma Informed EFT Practitioner, Michelyn Gjurasic, who is also a good friend of mine, Master Hand Analyst and Body Confidence Activator. In this episode we talk about trauma blind spots, how to recognize trauma in yourself, and the pleasure of helping others.
Michelyn is a part of my support system as I've moved through some surprising trauma experiences. She often says, "Trauma is just another word for learning."
Michelyn and I would like to invite you to join us for an EFT tapping session that is available at the end of the video version of this podcast.
As Maverick, Mystic, and Visionary Leaders it is crucial that we take a look where trauma lives in our lives. We can only help others to the extent that we are willing to receive help for ourselves.

Body Alchemy - 005 - Guest Julia McKeowen
In this episode I have an open conversation with Julia McKeowen about lifetimes of health issues (her's and mine). We explore how the stories we tell, the relationships we keep, and the alignment with the work we do can all play a huge part in how we feel.
I'm in deep appreciation for Julia's courageous honesty as she shares what is alive for her in relationship to her body at the time of the recording. She shares how the conversation itself is a part of the Body Alchemy process of shifting her relationship with her body and how it feels to let go of self-judgment.
Together we hope that this conversation trickles out into the universe and connects with those that are asking for their own Body Alchemy.

Following Your Multidimensional Calling - 004 - Guest Heather Carter
In this episode I have a multidimensional conversation with Heather Carter about her journey as a dancer & traveling internationally, and the necessity of tuning in. Heather shares wisdom for traveling the Maverick path, creating your own reality, and following your multidimensional calling.
You'll learn how Heather used her wisdom and her work with her sword to manifest an epic move to Hawaii. Heather shares how she stays connected to the land and what she calls the ecosystem of the environment when she travels. Living Life Turned On - 003 - Guest Katie Macks
In this episode I talk with my friend Katie Macks about letting go of the habit of pushing and forcing life and business to happen and allowing desires, pleasure, and joy to lead the way.
We go into the topics of turn on, practicing desires, embodying wisdom, the divine feminine, moving from conditioning to truth, taking responsibility for patriarchy, leadership 'enrollment,' and so much more!
Katie talks about her work with Mama Gena and The School of Womanly Arts.
Katie is a maverick leader who joyfully challenges the status quo. She’s changing the face of leadership by pivoting from the outdated patriarchal model – and its structure of “power over” – to a new paradigm of leadership that focuses on “power with.” Katie’s work is based in emotional intelligence, vulnerability, clarity, collaboration and courageous communication which is revolutionizing the way business gets done.
