Feedback isn't always easy to give or to hear, but it's one of the most powerful ways a church grows. In this message, we're reminded to start from the belief that everyone has good intentions. Often the issue isn't the heart, it's the delivery, and delivery can be learned, discipled, and healed. Whether you're a leader receiving hard words or someone with something difficult to share, you'll be encouraged to lead with humility, speak with a positive spirit, and keep the truth even when it comes in a messy package. Make it easy for people to come to you, and bring your concerns "with a spoonful of sugar."
If this encouraged you, share it with a friend who needs it. Like this video and subscribe to our channel for more good news every week. 🎧

Two Words That Make Discipleship Difficult
God is in the picture, even when He allows discomfort — because everything of real value has to go through fire.
In this message, Rev Dr Kenneth Chin unpacks a powerful truth using the picture of a pearl: it only forms when an irritant is allowed to stay, and if we run from every discomfort, we short-circuit the very process God is using to shape us. He challenges a common but costly habit among Christians — jumping from church to church the moment things get uncomfortable — and warns that well-meaning advice to "just leave" can actually block what God is doing in someone's life.
Drawing from the Apostle Paul, who was broken again and again yet grew stronger and more used by God each time, Rev Kenneth reminds us that suffering was literally part of Paul's calling from day one. Discipleship, he says, is simple in theory but hard in practice — it all comes down to two words we resist: "no" and "go." A convicting call to stop running from the process and start becoming a true disciple.

Brokenness Leads To Anointing
The world looks for skill, talent, and beauty — but God is looking for something else entirely: an anointing that only comes through brokenness.
In this message, Rev Dr Kenneth Chin drives this home through David, and through the picture of a worship leader whose season of pain didn't diminish her leading but deepened it — not because of Bible school or a worship conference, but because she let God break her. Like olives crushed to release oil, like Jesus wounded for our transgressions, like the alabaster jar broken so its fragrance could fill the room, real anointing flows out of surrender to the crushing process. Your family, your neighbors, your colleagues, your classmates — they will all smell the fragrance that comes out of your brokenness.
A tender reminder that God is near to the brokenhearted, and that the delay you're facing isn't neglect — it's Him digging deeper so the anointing can flow.
