Actually, I Meant That

About Actually, I Meant That

Actually, I Meant That is the podcast for the women who overthink, soften their tone and edit themselves mid-sentence, but are done pretending they didn't mean what they said. Hosted by writer and creator Cat Janisko, this show cracks open the emotional spirals we usually keep to ourselves: the text you unsent, the voice note you re-recorded five times, the apology you didn't owe anyone. Through raw storytelling, solo episodes and unfiltered voice note energy, Cat explores what it means to speak your truth without disclaimers in love, in work, in healing, and in becoming the woman you've always known you were. Come for the self-awareness, stay for the spirals. It's not therapy. It's not a TED Talk. It's just what she meant.
