"Actually, you know what" is a story/experience telling podcast where Stephany (aka Steggy) dives into relationships, self-growth, and all of the lessons learned (and not learned) along the way. Humor, honesty, and chaos is promised. Think of it like chatting with your best friend over a glass of wine: sometimes funny, sometimes deep, always real. Joined often by her partner-in-crime Mal, this is your space to laugh, reflect, heal, and feel a little less alone in the messy journey of figuring life out.
Mal and Steggy dive into even more MCU conversation as well as what Mal has been up to, our new girly craft nights, the opening of girl friend applications, how much time we've spent at the movies, and more! We're back, and we're comin in hot with at least 13 more episodes this year!

Episode 31: Summer Recap Part 1
Steggy and Mal accidentally took a bit of a duo podcast hiatus - whoops! On the last episode (the Breakup) I (Steggy) mentioned we would be talking about how busy the Summer was - and here it is! From plans with each other, community, and work - to checking in on our physical and mental health - Summer was absolutely crazy and went by extremely quickly!
But we're back! We talk about all the things we've had going on while also visiting topics like our health, Avengers Endgame Encore, and other random stuff. Glad to be back, and we have a lot more episodes to drop with a goal of 45 by the end of this year!

Episode 30: The Breakup
No fun cosmic names for this one plain and simple - it's THE breakup.
Sometimes the hardest part of a breakup isn’t losing the person, but rather letting go of who you thought they could be.
The ✨potential✨
In this solo episode, I’m talking about the patterns I’ve noticed in my relationships, the line between being accommodating and self-abandonment, grieving aforementioned potential, learning to believe people's actions, and more! Find out why this breakup hit just a little different than the previous ones.
It's just lesson after lesson, and I'm living for it! If any of these lessons resonate with you, let me know I'm not alone!😭
