[…] There's just no way around it. That movie was pretty bad. And then I have not really cared about anything else. I know there was that animated monster show. I already forgot the name of it. Creature Commandos, I think. Peacemaker season one, I thought was fantastic. I didn't even bother getting through season two. I got like five episodes in. I just didn't really care about the multiversal shenanigans. And so for me, the lanterns is easily the best thing that's been put out so far. and it does connect kinda to the rest of the DCU. There are mentions of Gotham here and there. One character, I believe, shows up from Superman, but for the most part, The Lanterns is a very self-contained show, and if you haven't seen any of the other stuff, you will not be lost in the slightest.
