From Momager to Manan, Yasmin Sait's Story
“I lived my life for my children.”
It’s something a lot of people say. But we rarely talk about what happens after that.
For Yasmin Sait, that moment came when she stepped away from being a “mom manager”, a role she had lived in for years.
And suddenly, there was silence.
No routine. No clear direction. Just a feeling of, now what?
She talks honestly about that phase: the loneliness, the uncertainty, and not knowing who she was outside of her responsibilities.
But she didn’t stay there.
Through small steps: therapy, learning, rebuilding her days.. she slowly started again. Not from scratch, but from experience.
This isn’t just a story about change.
It’s about having the courage to start over, even when it feels uncomfortable."

From "I Have To" to "I Can" | Rethinking Work, Money & Life
Most of us grow up with a simple script: study well, get a good job, earn more, keep going.
Ramki followed that too….for 30 years.
Until one day, he asked a different question:
What if I don’t have to… what if I actually can?
In this episode, he shares what it really took to make that shift — not just emotionally, but practically.
This isn’t about quitting your job overnight.
It’s about thinking differently about time, money, and choice."
