La-dee-dee, oh-la-dee, Mmm-bop, do-diddle-dee-dee, Hmm-mmm-oooh, Ooh, oh-oh, la-dee-dee, Mmm-bop, do-diddle-dee-dee, Hmm-mmm-oooh, La-dee-dee, oh-la-dee, Fast as a bolt he ran! He could hear his heart throb, Pursued by the mob, aimed to make him a kabob, Found a diner round the corner, thought he’d hide and catch his breath, But the cook was sharpening, so he left Run, man, run, don’t look back! Ooh, oh-oh, under attack! Mmm-bop, you’re on the track! La-dee-dee, run, man, run! Ooh, oh-oh, don’t be done! Hmm-mmm-oooh, escape the fray! Mmm-bop, dash away!
