AI looks different from every founder's desk
"What I find interesting is asking them each time what they have in mind, how they see the world in 10 or 20 years."
Recorded live at Adopt AI - Grand Palais 2025, this Adopt AI Talks episode features Guillaume Grallet, high-tech reporter and author of Pionniers (Grasset), in a conversation led by Damien Gromier, Founder & CEO of Adopt AI. Together they look at what AI pioneers have in mind, from Sam Altman and Demis Hassabis to researchers in Dakar and Kigali. They also ask what those visions mean for work, education and adoption.
Why does the debate on AI so often sound like one story, when the people building it disagree on almost everything, from model size to what our children should learn?
A Nobel Prize in Chemistry for AlphaFold, a 0.4-billion-parameter model for African languages that runs on a laptop, a founder waiting for brain implants before having children and a school without foreign language classes. Listen to discover why taking hold of AI is the best way to tame it.

AI in Healthcare: Why Hospital Adoption Still Lags Behind the Technology
"One of the things we as a technology ecosystem have achieved over the last 15 years of digital transformation of healthcare is somehow breaking the human touch between the doctor and the patient."
Recorded live at Adopt AI - Grand Palais 2025, this Tech Anatomy episode brings together Jan Beger, Global Head of AI Advocacy at GE Healthcare, in a conversation led by Anca Petre.
Medical data doubles every 72 days. Radiology has led healthcare AI adoption for over a decade, yet day-to-day use on the ward remains low. Patients already rate chatbot responses as more empathetic than their physician's. Ambient AI scribes, a simple Excel inventory revealing hospitals already use AI they don't know about, and the two converging technologies Beger calls healthcare's 2025 tipping point.
Listen to discover why he believes the real barrier to AI in hospitals isn't the algorithm, it's AI literacy.

Racing the future of mobility
"We are not yet able to reproduce the flair of a human driver."
Recorded live at Adopt AI - Grand Palais 2025, this Deep Talk episode brings together Stéphane Timpano, CEO of Aspire, in a conversation led by Rémi Tibi, Founder & CEO of Yunik. Together they examine what happens when autonomous systems leave controlled routes and are asked to perform at the limit, on a circuit, against a former Formula 1 driver and in front of an audience.
Why does the global conversation still argue about how fast AI is progressing, when a programme in Abu Dhabi has published the exact size of the gap every year since 2022?
Three and a half minutes, then nine seconds, then one second. Super Formula cars at more than 300 km/h with 13 sensors and an empty seat. A drone race at 35 metres per second where a world champion lost at the final gate. Listen to discover why Aspire builds a race track when it wants a credible answer about autonomous mobility.

GenAI at the service of Adtech
AI stops being a destination the moment someone names the problem
"AI is no longer a destination. It is understood as a means and that is a real change."
Recorded live at Adopt AI - Grand Palais 2025, this Deep Talk episode brings together François-Xavier Pierrel, Group Chief Data & Adtech Officer at TF1, in a conversation led by Rémi Tibi, Founder & CEO of Yunik. Together they examine what actually changed at Europe's leading commercial broadcaster once generative models moved from experiment to production and once agentic AI arrived to reopen questions the group thought were settled.
Why does the global conversation keep asking whether companies are doing enough AI, when the organisations making real progress have quietly stopped asking that question at all?
Twenty six million user profiles, more than seventy screens serving advertising, around forty campaign dimensions now queried in plain language by sales teams who never learned SQL. Add the arrival of AdCP, a protocol that could let agents negotiate media deals still closed by phone today. Listen to discover why TF1 treats AI as the shortest path to a named problem rather than a programme in its own right.

When AI Becomes a Competitive Advantage
Live from Adopt AI - Grand Palais, this Deep Talk episode brings together Gautier Cloix, CEO of H-Company and Julie Huguet, Director of La French Tech. Cloix explains computer use, the technology behind H-Company's AI agents and why it removes the integration barrier that has slowed enterprise AI adoption. Huguet details how La French Tech’s Next40/120 programme helps high potential companies scale internationally, from fundraising to landing major clients.
Together, they discuss return on investment as the real test for any AI deployment, the balance between European sovereignty and global competitiveness and H-Company's plan to expand into North America, Asia, the Gulf region and Europe at the same time in 2026.
A conversation about what it actually takes to move AI from demonstration to daily use.

Building AI that works for patients and health professionals
In this episode of Adopt AI Talks, recorded live at the Adopt AI - Grand Palais summit in Paris, host Anca Petre of Tech Anatomy sits down with Reda Guiha, Country President France at Pfizer, to explore how AI is reshaping health from the inside of one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.
Reda Guiha describes a renaissance in how health is researched, delivered and followed over time. He explains why Pfizer sees itself as a builder of the ecosystem, bridging academia, startups, biotechs and the public sector, and why partnerships are, in his words, the company's lifeblood.
The conversation moves through concrete results. A 25 to 30% efficiency gain across the preclinical portfolio. Around $735 million in AI improvements in 2025, on a path toward roughly $2 billion across the value chain. AI-powered diagnostics built with BioQuantus for a rare condition often misdiagnosed as heart failure. And a clinical trial success rate lifted from around 7% to 24%.
Anca Petre and Reda Guiha also discuss the shift from reactive to proactive and predictive health, the two factors behind Pfizer's most successful use cases, and direct advice for founders who want to partner with a global pharmaceutical leader.
A practical look at what AI in health already delivers, and what it will take to scale it.

🇫🇷 Digital Realty: building the backbone of AI and HPC
"We spent 25 years moving from 2 to 20 kilowatts per rack. Now we are installing racks at 100, 120, even 150 kilowatts. That changes the entire design logic of a data center."
At the Adopt AI Summit in Paris, Digital Realty France President Fabrice Coquio joins journalist Christophe Auffray to deliver a grounded perspective on the physical infrastructure powering Europe's AI and HPC ambitions. While the global conversation accelerates around models, agents and adoption strategies, is the future of enterprise AI actually dependent on solving a much more fundamental challenge first?
From €5.2 billion in committed investments across Paris and Marseille to the shift toward liquid cooling and decarbonized energy, discover why successfully deploying AI and HPC at scale depends entirely on getting the infrastructure right before anything else.

Behind the Scenes of the Must-Attend Innovation Summit
"When you bring all the players in a value chain around the same table, it stops being a chain. It becomes a loop."
At the Adopt AI Summit in Paris, Sébastien Marguerès, Head of AI for Health | Director International relations & Public Affairs at Adopt AI, joins Anca Petre founder of Medshake Studio to deliver a grounded perspective on building collaborative AI ecosystems in health. While the global conversation accelerates around models, compute and regulation, is the future of AI in health actually dependent on getting clinicians, regulators and industry players to genuinely speak to each other first?
From eight editions of cross-sector dialogue to international data partnerships for rare disease research, discover why scaling AI for patients depends entirely on designing the ecosystem before the algorithm.

At the Adopt AI Summit in Paris, Servier EVP Virginie Dominguez and Medshake Studio founder Anca Petre join Justine Nerce Artefact France CEO to deliver a hard truth about artificial intelligence. As the AI race accelerates, is the lack of women in tech leadership just a diversity PR issue, or a fatal flaw sabotaging the quality of our models?
From the "visibility deficit" that leaks top female talent to overcoming the 90% confidence trap, discover why building accurate, reliable AI systems depends entirely on fixing the structural biases within our organizations first.
