This podcast sits at the intersection of relationships, personal development, philosophy, and culture. It is a place for deeper conversations about love, conflict, intimacy, self-trust, emotional maturity, boundaries, growth, and the way we become ourselves in relationship.
After more than 20 years working as a Marriage Therapist and Relationship Coach for individuals & couples, I continue to feel that our relationship struggles are not only about communication skills or what to say in the moment. Underneath the surface, there are deeper questions about truth, safety, desire, selfhood, power, responsibility, and how we relate to life itself.
That is what this podcast will explore.
Some episodes will be practical. Some will be reflective. Some will examine common relationship advice more critically. Some will explore the cultural patterns that shape how we love, over-function, avoid, grow, and try to become more honest and alive.
My hope is that Relationship Philosophy becomes a place where you can think more deeply, feel more honestly, and relate with more maturity, self-trust, and awareness.
