PODCAST #29: What on Earth Is Happening, Momma? (2 of 7)

What on Earth Is Happening, Momma? (2 of 7) WELCOME to the Earth Momma Living podcast!!! Good morning, good afternoon or good evening. I am Jackie O with EARTH MOMMA Living. I help you to rediscover your divinity to maximize your whole family’s health without sacrificing time, flavor or sanity. Please tell your friends, share and “heart” this episode! Find me on my website: earthmommaliving.com, Facebook, Instagram @earthmommaofficial, YouTube, TikTok, Alignable. In today’s show I am going to: Talk about the energies around 2024, what’s changed and more (part 2) Talk about NaNoWriMo grounding with meditation, singing bowl & tuning fork therapy for a few minutes BUT before I begin, I’m going to offer you my insight around learning online (or anywhere): My best words of advice about GATHERING INFORMATION from anywhere is this: Please read and listen to information you find here and anywhere with discernment. And what I mean is, look things up on your own to confirm what you need to know and understand. Here’s my core belief and my bigger picture goal: “In all that I do, I believe in challenging the status quo. I believe in trusting our bodies to heal themselves. The way I challenge the status quo is by teaching clean living by what we eat, what we allow around us and all that supports our bodies to heal themselves.” Feel free to ask us questions by direct message or in my social media posts. By the way, my podcast is for those of you who want to get better, who are willing to question things around them, their own belief systems. If you aren’t willing to do that, then my podcast is not for you. SO, LET’S begin, why don’t we? For those of you listening, I welcome you here in my healing space. Let’s get into the sacred heart and soul space by doing a couple things: Sound, healing and then a reading of my latest blog post.

PODCAST #28 What on Earth Is Going on, Momma? (1/7)

(Meditation/Sound healing begins at 12:30 mark) Enjoy! After a longer hiatus than I expected or wanted, I am back to share with you my thoughts on the world and all the things I see myself that are going on. I don’t think it’s possible to get a 100% grasp on what IS transpiring but we truly need each other as humanity to support, uplift and help ourselves. It will help to comprehend not only the past emotions that we are literally wading through like a swamp but also the current feelings that are coming up around the changes that will affect literally everything in our lives. Are you feeling it, momma? I am positive that you are only because I talk to people every day and ask them, do you feel it? Are you seeing shifts in pricing, everyone’s belief around government structure, having things literally change around you or just simply feeling like you aren’t ready or you don’t even know what to expect to come up day to day? I am! Being a healer and artist allows me many skills that I use daily to help myself to ease into things that are shifting for me and my family. I hope to share with you my own methods (as usual) and help you and people around you to feel lighter, more at ease with all the changes that are coming up.... PODCAST #27: What Do You Experience with Art?

Why do we buy things? Specifically, let’s talk about things that are beautiful, interesting, surprising pieces of a visual creation that is art. I’m going to tell you why I love to buy art myself and why you might as well. Have you bought any really cool prints or original pieces that are framed? You know, even little antique objects that you find at your local store or online still count in my book. Stuff you might have forgotten. I have been finding that there are things that I love in life and it seems common to just push things aside unconsciously just simply because of time or the busy-ness of my daily life. I want to wake that part of you up and say, “HEY! YOU! Lover of things that you love!!! Wake up for a few minutes while you read my article. You won’t regret it because I’m going to poke at your senses and remind you what you love, what inspires you, what makes you remember what you cherish the most in life. Only you know, but my job is to remind you of your DIVINITY, remember?!”
