Ætheric Being

About Ætheric Being

Creation gave us 5 elements. Water, fire, earth, air and Æther. Water; the element of everlasting change, flow and depth. Expressed through our Emotions, and our ability to let go. Fire, the element of death and rebirth. Alchemizing us from one state of matter into the other; like the phoenix from the ashes. Earth, grounding us into this experience, stabilizing our being into stillness amongst the chaos. Air, fleeting thoughts through our minds, cutting like a blade, or breezing like a blow (ausatmen). And finally Æther; allowing all the elements to work together, enabling us the staircase to the gods. It represents interconnectedness, harmony, and the fabric of existence itself. Through mastering these Elements, we will reach our core being, our true expression and the god within all of us. It is time to realize, who we truly are, and you choose, if you want to be a part of this journey or not. If you do so; welcome to this Ætherial space, let's embark on this Journey towards our personal North Star. If you do not: good luck buddy. May be odds be with you. Either way; let's meet on the other side, wiser and more connected. I trust in us, and so, does, life. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy (https://acast.com/privacy) for more information.

   E : Being Enough

Ever felt worthless? Not being able to follow through on what you want? Beating your meat up about it? Damn, me too. Let's dissect this shit together and find out what it's really about, how we can compassionately hold ourselves in that experience and which tools work with efficiency and joy. But I'll warn you: this episode is a unpredictable mix of anger, laughter, silliness, agony and happenstance. Never heard this word before? Me neither. Means randomness. Let's go. Questions : Can you remember a memory where you felt a strong sensation of shame? (shortened version) When you see other people expressing themselves by doing what they want, how do you feel about it? If they don't get it 'right' at that time, how do you react; with shame or laugther? What would you say to your child-self doing something it loves to do and being judged for it? What would you tell that little child version in relation to what it means about him? Go deep, look him in the eyes, visualize its body language and feel it. That's it for now. Thank you for being here, and take it lightly. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy (https://acast.com/privacy) for more information.

   E: Following your Excitement

Welcome again (and again) to a new Episode of 'what the hell that dick's gonna tell now', and this time it will be about one of the most important things you can hear of and listen to: it is following your excitement. What that means? Following what brings you joy, following your desires, following what you need and following what makes you you. There is a reason why there is so much unhappiness amongst humanity, and this is one of them; people do not do the things they would love to do! And it makes so much sense. The amount of frustration I have endured while being on that path of excitement is exhilarating. That's why I made this episode, so you don't have to go through all of that shit. Alright, now to the technical stuff: I'll explain in the intro, so here is the Link to the summary of my AI-Robot-sounding-ass voice and the Link to the full transcription: Summary: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12SWe5zPNhjV0alCc7AV3Qqc_8keQ49bo/view?usp=sharing Whole transcription: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12UjimqoeLtd2PemeqyUHfyo41dr1ehZ-/view?usp=drive_link enJoy!!

Frage 3: Was stört dich an deinem Partner am meisten? Womit hast du Schwierigkeiten umzugehen? Reflektionsrunde 2: Frage 1: Was sind eure top 2 Lieblingsgerichte? Keine Desserts!! See acast.com/privacy (https://acast.com/privacy) for more information.

    D: Emotional Release; Wut

See acast.com/privacy (https://acast.com/privacy) for more information.

    E: Loneliness; the New-Age Epidemic

Feeling off? Not like yourself and rather uneasy? You might want to consider your needs of connection and belonging, as they dictate your wellbeing behind the scenes. Why behind the scenes? Most of humanity wouldn't consider themselves lonely, and we can't blame 'em, why should they. WhatsApp messages at the fingertips, an easy flirt 2 swipes away (let's be realistic here) and so-called connection alllll around the world, so how come we are so disconnected from another? Because it's not genuine, not natural, and a lot of people are afraid of real, deep and authentic connection. In this Episode, we will dive deep into this modern-world problem and what to do about it! Here are the reflective questions for you to already ponder, if you wish. Enjoy, this episode is filled with loads of effects, too many walnuts and the usual fuck-ups. Stay connected, the REAL connected! Here is my personal soothing meditation/sleep playlist including the artist @mostfear : https://open.spotify.com/playlist/79r1Ze9sxg6RF7PUE7houz?si=6295f030d72d4e2c Q1: Do you remember a time in your childhood (especially in social situations, school etc.), where you were isolated as punishment for doing something "wrong"? Q2: Do you spend a lot of time home alone and feel uneasy asking people for their time/a meetup? Is there a link to feelings of shame or guilt? Q3: Do you believe, it is a sign of strength and novelty to do things on your own? Would you consider yourself strongly independent? D: Deine Bestimmung in Vogelsang

E: Your Purpose in Birds Paradise

In this Episode I will be talking about your purpose of being here, living a life guided by what excites you and being in service not only to yourself, but also to others. This was recorded in a beautiful landscape with moony birds singing songs while I talk about what makes life worthwhile and how scary it can be to walk a different path than what you are used to. Let's unwind and let the sky carry our stress for a little while.

E: The Art of Letting Go

In this episode I will show you how I process the emotion of grief, navigate through my heartbreak and prove, how beautiful, freeing and connective releasing what wants to be released can be. If you are in a heartbroken situation too, this might help you get along with it better and allow you, to share some compassion between us two. I don't have too much to say about this episode to be honest, it is my raw, authentic expression and I hope, that I can be a living example of how okay it is to be vulnerable in public.
