[…] My experience with AI has been it's a great human expander, amplifier, gives you superhuman capabilities. But I've yet to see any real example where it lets you replace a person. A job may change, you may move from one job description to another, but it's not like you're doing some wholesale headcount reduction because of what you can do with AI. Even in this creative case, it changes how we configure what the people do, but we're not doing it with less people. Yeah, so our responsibilities are just changing a bit because we're allowing AI to take over some of the current responsibilities. So we're just changing responsibilities and we're not necessarily replacing humans. […]
