<p>我們的情緒「應該」被管理嗎? <br />在人類的六大基本情緒----喜、怒、哀、惡、驚、懼,真正屬於我們認為的「正面情緒」只有「喜」,頂多再加上偶而會和「喜」一起出現的「驚」,更麻煩的是,根據統計,與負面情緒有關的疾病,已達到200多種,而在所有患病人群中,70%以上都和負面情緒有關,甚至經常忍氣吞聲的人,罹患癌症的機率更是一般人的三倍。 <br />如果負面情緒這麼可怕,那麼,為什麼不能像達爾文所謂的「進化理論」,索性將那些百害卻無一利的負面情緒,從人類的世界「自然的淘汰」,讓我們從此過著幸福快樂的日子! <br />好吧,如果無法淘汰那些負面的情緒,那麼,努力做好「情緒管理」,行嗎? <br />我曾經在網路上寫過兩篇文章: <br />* 高EQ就要好脾氣?小心情緒卡內積 <br />* 情緒掏金--壞心情背後的黃金寶藏 <br />有興趣的,可以上網找來看看。 <br />當然,負面情緒既然是我們的一部分,一定有它存在的目的和道理。 <br />我們就來談談「憤怒」這個情緒吧! <br />在網路上,我看到這樣一句話,「讓我們生氣的每一件事,都教我們更了解自己」,雖然我不知道出處,但是說的真有道理。 <br />有人曾問希臘哲學家泰勒斯:「何事最難為?」他應道:「認識你自己。」 <br />這句話也被刻在供奉阿波羅神的戴爾菲神殿大門口,意思是「認識自己」是通往光明智慧的必經之路。 <br />而「讓我們生氣的每一件事,都教我們更了解自己。」這無疑讓我們有了認識自己的好途徑。 <br />為什麼我們會憤怒呢?因為眼前的處境,讓我們的腎上腺素分泌增加,血糖和血壓上升,心跳速率加快,儼然就是一種「備戰狀態」,歸納原因,大概有兩種可能: <br />1.我苦心築起的心理高強,可能要被擊破了。最怕被發現的那些心理陰影,向來都用否認來掩飾,比方懶惰、自卑、忌妒、愛比較、小家子氣等,可是,當下快要守不住了,當然得要反擊回去。 <br />2.眼前的處境,讓自己感覺到被遺棄了。心理吶喊的那句話就是:我好需要你。但我不能說,不敢說,也不願意說,因為那不是我的個性,萬一被拒絕了怎麼辦,那實在太丟臉了! <br />讓我們生氣的每一件事,都教我們更了解自己。 <br />看見了,就學著承認、面對、接受吧! <br /> <br />************************* <br />楊聖弘心理師 <br />賽斯身心靈診所 <br />諮商預約電話:02-2218-0875 <br />線上心理咨詢:https://is.gd/FUMVsf <br />個人YouTube頻道:https://is.gd/Js7GIP <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
