[…] So we get paid on results, not on the amount of expenses or work that we have put in. So what we're talking about here in the seller representation agreement, there's a section in there where we can say, should the seller change their mind during that contract period, one way to exit that contract, to end that contract, would be to reimburse the realtor for all the different fees that they have incurred, right? The costs that they have incurred in listing the property, which is fair. What you are asking about is more in terms of if the property does not sell during that period, we would have still have incurred costs, but we do not get those costs reimbursed because that's just cost of doing business.
