We discuss my experience joining a ministry with my wife and how that journey has been going so far. We also take a closer look at church culture, including the ways some pastors and churches may move away from Scripture, and how those issues can be especially noticeable within Black church culture.
To close out the conversation, my dad opens up about his new relationship and what it’s like dating a Christian woman, including how faith can play a role in building a relationship.

In this episode, my father, my brothers, and I sit down and have a real conversation about life, our minds, and everything we’ve been going through as we’ve gotten older.
We talk about the journey from boys to men, from children to fathers, and all the experiences—good and bad—that have shaped who we are today. Life has taken each of us on its own rollercoaster, and sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve changed until you sit back and reflect on where you came from and where you are now.
This conversation means a lot to me because it’s not just a podcast—it’s family, honesty, growth, and us trying to understand life together.
Unfortunately, the podcast was cut short because my battery died. 😔 I’m truly sorry about that. But I still wanted to share what we were able to capture because these are conversations I believe are worth having.
