Alex’s Poetry

About Alex’s Poetry

I’ve struggled with my mental health for as long as I can remember, and i have been writing for just as long. My main works are poetry, where I have documented my mental health journey, with the occasional love poem thrown in! My aim has always been to help the loneliest of people. I spent a long time feeling unheard and misunderstood- and the isolation that came from that.. well that’s how a lot of these poems were born. I upload once a week, with both old works and new current poems! There are mentions of dark themes on some, but not all my work. Viewer discretion is strongly advised.
