About Aligning aloud - with Jerilee

Aligning Aloud is basically me allowing myself to figure this whole life thing out… loudly and unapologetically. It’s conversations about growth, spirituality, self-worth, business, passions, relationships, patterns, beliefs, the things I’m starting to question, and all the little moments in between that make me stop and think… huh, maybe there’s something in that. I’m not here because I have life figured out. It’s quite the opposite 😂 I’m learning as I go. Changing my mind. Trying things. Getting things wrong. Having breakthroughs. Going backwards, sometimes. Mostly it’s noticing myself in real time and sharing what I’m learning along the way. Perfectly imperfect I like to call it. Some episodes are deep. Some are exciting and fun, others are random thoughts I needed to get out of my head... But underneath all of it is this curiosity about who we are, why we are the way we are, and what might happen when we start becoming a little more conscious about the way we choose to live our lives. There are no five steps to becoming your best self here… Although I do follow a formula. I’m still just one being having very human experiences and talking about them out loud. So if you’re figuring things out too, maybe questioning some stuff and becoming more of yourself, or you just like conversations that make you think… come listen in. 🤍 We can figure some of it out together.
