A podcast about soul, belonging, and the deeper connections that shape our lives. Inga Kastrone explores spirituality, the Akashic Records, ancestral wisdom, embodiment, relationships, and our connection with the living world — asking what becomes possible when we move beyond spiritual ideas and begin to experience our place within the larger web of life.
The Akashic Records and Body-Based Healing: Beyond Finding Answers
Do you know that the Akashic Records offer us more than answers about our past lives, soul purpose, or recurring life patterns?
In this episode, I explore the connection between the Akashic Records, the body's intelligence, and energy healing.
Understanding a pattern isn't the same as transforming it. Yet the level of understanding is where we often feel tempted to go with the Akashic Records.
Yet, lasting change is only possible by changing the experience that sustains our dysfunctional patterns. And that experience has nothing to do with the mind and its search for answers.
We explore the Akashic field as a living field of consciousness that holds the imprints of our soul, ancestral lineage, and lived experience — and how working with the body, sound, energy, and inner experience can open new possibilities for transformation.
Discover a different way of approaching Akashic Records work: moving beyond the search for answers and into the experience of re-patterning, reconnection, and embodied change.

Twin Flames, Karmic Relationships and the Love You're Looking For
Why do some relationships seem to have a power over us that defies reason? Why can one person awaken an extraordinary sense of love, aliveness, freedom or recognition?
In this conversation with spiritual writer and trauma-informed life coach Vasundra Gupta (https://myspiritualshenanigans.blog/), we explore karmic relationships, twin flames, obsession, spiritual bypassing and the soul lessons hidden inside our most charged relationships.
And yet, this conversation is not about twin flames :)
What if the person who awakens something in us is not the destination, but the first step on a true journey? A mirror. A roadmap to the love, freedom and aliveness that are waiting to be reclaimed within ourselves.
We talk about:
the danger of romanticizing suffering,
the importance of discernment,
what “cutting cords” really means,
how we can recognize when a powerful spiritual connection is asking us not to hold on — but to come home to ourselves.
Join us for this conversation about relationships, soul lessons and the sometimes surprising journey from looking for the answer in another person to discovering what was already alive within us.

You Don't Need Another Breakthrough. You Need a Foundation.
We live in a culture that loves breakthroughs.
The big healing. The spiritual opening. The life-changing insight. The moment when everything finally shifts.
But what if the breakthrough isn't the thing we're missing?
In this episode, I explore why big transformation needs a foundation strong enough to hold it. Our nervous system, our body, our daily practices, our relationships and communities all create the supporting network that allows us to meet bigger experiences without collapsing under them.
Just as small muscles support the big muscles, the seemingly small things we do every day can become the structure that holds the bigger things we are asking for.
Whether you're seeking greater abundance, spiritual growth, healing, responsibility or simply a different way of living, the principle is the same: we need to build our capacity to hold what we are calling in.
We often want big transformation, but we don't build the capacity to hold what we are asking for.
Sometimes the next step isn't another breakthrough.
It's building the foundation that allows the breakthrough to become part of your life.

[…] No other message. But so I wanted to have some thoughts to ask you kind of your opinion on that. Like, how can we best protect ourselves and have you encountered? Or maybe it was your experience as well at some point in your life, kind of too much, too much information or too spiritually overwhelmed. A lot of energies come in. And how would you navigate that? Well, I agree with you that there are people that could be overwhelmed and almost lose their own consciousness in the spiritual realm. And feel that, well, I have to listen. I have to pay attention. And it's almost like they think they can't decide anything on their own. […]
