Transforming Back to Authenticity: The Principles Vincent Learned on the Other Side
In Episode 12 of All of You, I am joined by Vincent Tolman, co-host of Living God's Light Podcast, author of The Light After Death, and Spirit Guidance Coach.
At 25 years old, Vincent was pronounced dead and placed in a body bag. A rookie paramedic had a feeling that he needed to risk his career, break protocol, and attempt to resuscitate Vincent. Miraculously, he restarted Vincent's heart. Vincent remained in a coma for three days, but when he woke, he remembered what he experienced on the "other side" while he was dead.
What makes Vincent's story so powerful is that it transformed the way he understood life.
One of the greatest lessons he brought back with him was the importance of living authentically: being true to who you are, honoring your own path, and not living your life based on who you think you're supposed to be.
You can feel that authenticity in the way Vincent shares his story and in the way he lives his life today. His near-death experience gave him a deeper understanding of what truly matters—and a powerful reminder that we are here to fully live, love, and be who we came here to be.

Breathing Our Way Back to Ourselves
What if your breath could be a pathway back to yourself?
In episode 11 of All of You, I'm joined by Carol Lampman, Owner and Director of Integration Concepts and the developer of Integral Breath Therapy training for professionals.
We talk about how our breath can reveal when we're out of rhythm with ourselves and life—when we're pushing, forcing, or moving through stress instead of pausing and tending to what we need.
Carol shares how breathwork can reduce stress and anxiety, support healing and transformation, and become an access point to our authentic selves and Spirit.
Sometimes, coming home to ourselves begins with something we do every moment of every day: breathe.

Where True Empowerment Begins
In this episode of All of You, I'm joined again by Melanie Bliss—real estate professional, soul contract reader, and divine healing practitioner—to explore what it means to experience, recognize, and live in our own empowerment.
We talk about how failure can teach us what empowerment truly feels like, why sometimes it arrives instantly and other times comes later, and the difference between ego empowerment and true empowerment.
Ultimately, empowerment is about making choices, trusting ourselves, and recognizing the power that has been within us all along.

The Challenge of Becoming
In this solo episode of All of You, I explore what it feels like when we begin living as a new version of ourselves—when our thoughts, words, actions, and intentions start to align, and life begins to feel like it's flowing.
But what happens when the challenges come?
The early challenges of a new chapter can be especially important. They invite us to notice whether we will return to old patterns or choose differently. In this episode, I share a few reflections on staying connected to who we are becoming when life doesn't go as planned.

You're Ready
In this solo episode of All of You, I explore the possibility that sometimes we don't need to heal or process more. Sometimes, we're ready to focus on who we are now and what we're creating next. I also talk about how acceptance can become the threshold between our past, our present, and our future—allowing us to move forward with greater freedom, trust, and wholeness.
