In this episode I wanted to talk about my fertility journey a little bit and why, when given a choice, why I gave up my fertility. Obviously it wasn't just through choice as being on Hormones for the length of time I've been on them, it has caused infertility.
Being trans, the choice was never forced into my hands and even though I always wanted a family of my own I knew at the time that if I were to have kids back then, their lives would be miserable and I would be unfit and no child deserves to be brought into that kind of environment.

All That Chat | S3 | E4 | Why we can't just walk away from our abusers | My Story.
This was really hard to film, I spent a lot of years finding closure and making peace with my past but in the current landscape of seeing how victims still aren't being listened to, I felt it was necessary to tell my story and to make people understand why we can't just walk away from the ones abusing us.
If you are in this situation, please try and reach out to a group, don't actively put yourself in a worse situation, know that there are others going through the same as you and we're stronger together.
Abuse doesn't discriminate. Doesn't matter what umbrella you fall under, abuse is abuse and needs to be stopped and the ones doing it NEED! to be held accountable.
