On this interactive Zoom/conference podcast, I will be sharing the best of what I have learned from living both a rich personal life and a rewarding professional life as a psychotherapist for almost 52 years. I will introduce specific tools for managing stress and disruptive emotions and will demonstrate how to apply these tools, sometimes using myself as a model and testimonial as to their effectiveness. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">My interest in </span>practical <span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">spiritual teachings has grown steadily over the years following my introduction to the work of J. Krishnamurti in the early 1980s. My intention is to provide a free, accessible, safe way to address and neutralize the stress-producing climate many of us find ourselves in at present.
