   THE GOD WHO RESTORES

THE GOD WHO RESTORES WHAT WAS LOST There are moments in life when we feel like we've lost our edge our motivation, our purpose, our joy, or even something tangible like a job or relationship. The man in 2 Kings 6 was simply trying to help build a new space when his borrowed axe head flew into the water. It wasn't his tool, and now it was gone, a simple yet overwhelming problem. But instead of scolding him or ignoring the issue, Elisha calmly asks, "Where did it fall?" That question is powerful, "Where did it fall?" It's God's invitation for us to pinpoint where we lost what we once had. Was it in a relationship? In a moment of fear? In a season of burnout? The miracle that followed, "iron floating" shows us that God specializes in recovering what we thought was gone forever. He doesn't just care about big spiritual crises, He cares about borrowed tools, broken dreams, and little things that matter to us. So if you feel like you've lost your edge, your peace, or your purpose, God can make the iron swim again. Ask Him to help you return to the place of loss, and trust Him to do what only He can. All Prayed Up: Lord, I thank You that You are the God who restores. Even when I lose things, whether spiritual strength, joy, or something borrowed, You care enough to intervene. Help me remember where I lost my edge, and give me the courage to return to that place. I believe You are still the God who makes the iron swim. Restore what’s broken, renew what’s worn out, and revive what has grown cold in me. Thank You Father for Your faithfulness, even in the small things. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Psalms 21

We Win Through Christ 1The king rejoices in your strength, Lord. How great is his joy in the victories you give! 2You have granted him his heart’s desire and have not withheld the request of his lips. 3You came to greet him with rich blessings and placed a crown of pure gold on his head. 4He asked you for life, and you gave it to him— length of days, for ever and ever. 5Through the victories you gave, his glory is great; you have bestowed on him splendor and majesty. 6Surely you have granted him unending blessings and made him glad with the joy of your presence. 7For the king trusts in the Lord; through the unfailing love of the Most High he will not be shaken. 8Your hand will lay hold on all your enemies; your right hand will seize your foes. 9When you appear for battle, you will burn them up as in a blazing furnace. The Lord will swallow them up in his wrath, and his fire will consume them. 10You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from mankind. 11Though they plot evil against you and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed. 12You will make them turn their backs when you aim at them with drawn bow. 13Be exalted in your strength, Lord; we will sing and praise your might. Here's some insight into what Psalm 21 means: Thanksgiving for God's Blessings: The psalm begins with gratitude and praise for the blessings and strength that God has bestowed upon the king. It acknowledges God as the source of all success and prosperity. Victory in Battle: Verses 1-7 describe the king's victories in battle and attribute them to God's support and favor. The king rejoices in God's help and protection, which have led to triumph over enemies. Divine Blessings: The psalm highlights God's blessings upon the king, including a long and prosperous life. The imagery of God granting the king a crown of pure gold symbolizes honor and divine favor. God's Presence: Verses 8-12 acknowledge God's presence with the king. The psalmist praises God for His faithfulness and trustworthiness, acknowledging that no enemy can overthrow the king because of God's unwavering support. Supernatural Victory: The psalm suggests that God not only grants military victories but also delivers supernatural triumphs. The king's enemies are unable to stand against God's power. Praise and Worship: Psalm 21 serves as a song of praise and worship, emphasizing the importance of giving thanks to God for His blessings and victories. Foreshadowing Christ: Some interpretations of this psalm see it as a foreshadowing of the Messiah, Jesus Christ, who would come to rule with divine authority and experience ultimate victory. Encouragement for Believers: Beyond its historical context, Psalm 21 can encourage believers to trust in God's faithfulness, seek His guidance, and acknowledge Him as the ultimate source of strength and victory in their lives. In summary, Psalm 21 is a song of gratitude and celebration, recognizing God's role in granting victory, protection, and blessings to the righteous, particularly the king. It encourages us to trust in God's faithfulness and to offer praise and thanksgiving for His provision in our lives. Sing to the Lord

Thank You for our Song Lord Miriam sang to them: “Sing to the Lord, for he is highly exalted. Both horse and driver he has hurled into the sea.” - Exodus 15:21 All Prayed Up: Heavenly Father, We come before you with hearts full of gratitude and joy, ready to sing praises to your name. You are the source of all beauty, love, and goodness in our lives, and we long to lift our voices in song to glorify you. Lord, we recognize that in the act of singing, we express the deepest emotions of our hearts. We sing to you not only with our voices but also with our souls, declaring your greatness and majesty. As we raise our voices in worship, may our songs be a sweet offering to you, O Lord. May our praises ascend to your throne as a fragrant offering, pleasing in your sight. We thank you for the gift of music, which allows us to connect with you on a profound level. In the melodies and harmonies, we find a reflection of your creativity and the beauty of your creation. Help us to sing to you not only in times of joy but also in times of sorrow and struggle. May our songs be a reminder that you are with us always, bringing comfort and hope. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the audience for our songs, and your presence is what truly matters. May our worship be heartfelt and sincere, an outpouring of our love and devotion to you. In the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, who is the ultimate reason for our songs of salvation and redemption, we offer this prayer of praise and thanksgiving. Amen.
