S2 Ep 1: Finding Faith- Grief, Growth, and New Seasons
Season 2 of Almost Together begins with an honest conversation about faith, what it means, how it evolves, and how it sustains us through life’s hardest seasons.
In this episode, Kandice opens the season by reflecting on her own faith journey and how it has grown over time. She shares a personal life update, including navigating grief after the passing of her grandmother, moving into a new space, and stepping into a new season of community and growth.
Through scripture and reflection, this episode explores what genuine biblical faith looks like in everyday life — not just something we say we believe, but something that shapes how we live, love, and trust God.
Season 2 will feature powerful conversations with incredible women sharing their stories of finding faith through loss, waiting, healing, and life’s unexpected turns.
If you’ve ever wrestled with your faith, questioned God’s timing, or found yourself searching for hope again, this season is for you.

Let Gratitude Be Your Posture
✨Let Gratitude Be Your Posture✨
This Thanksgiving hits different for me. Not because everything in my life is perfect… but because I can look back over the last few years and clearly see God’s fingerprints on every single season — even the ones that didn’t make sense in the moment.
I’ve walked through valleys, delays, closed doors, unanswered prayers, and “protective no’s” that frustrated me at the time…but ended up saving me.
Shaping me.
Growing me.
Positioning me.
This year, I’m learning what it really means to have a posture of Thanksgiving — not just a holiday, not just a moment, but a heart position that says:
“God, I trust You in every season.
The seen and the unseen.
The answered prayers and the silent ones.
The mountains and the valleys.”
Great is His faithfulness. Always. 💛

Grace in Every Season: Covered, Carried, and Called (Bonus Deep Dive)
Last week’s conversation on grace sparked so many messages from you, I knew we had to go deeper. In this bonus episode, we unpack three powerful ways grace shows up in our lives: grace that covers us when we fall short, grace that carries us through our weakest moments, and grace that calls us into purpose. This episode is a reminder that grace meets us right where we are, no matter the season.

Season 1: Episode 5 : The Grace to Begin Again
Have you ever felt like you drifted too far.....from God, from your purpose, or from something you once loved? In this week’s episode of Almost Together, Kandice opens up about her own season of stepping away, not from disbelief, but from a place of hurt, exhaustion, and running—and the slow, steady return home.
We’ll unpack what it means to experience God’s grace in two powerful ways: as His unearned favor toward us and as His strength at work within us. Through scriptures like Isaiah 43:18–19, Hebrews 4:15–16, and Romans 3:24, we’ll see that grace doesn’t just cover us, itt carries us.
This conversation is honest, biblical, and practical, offering encouragement and actionable steps to help you start again in your faith, your calling, or any area where you’ve laid something down. Because no matter how far you’ve gone, God’s grace meets you where you are and invites you forward.
In This Episode:
Why we drift away and what God says about our return
How grace shows up as both God’s favor and power in our lives
Practical ways to start again without feeling overwhelmed
A reminder that you are not behind, you are becoming

Season 1 Episode 4: Peace Doesn't Follow Every Open Door
What do you do when God says no? Not “wait,” not “maybe later”—but a full stop. In this episode, Kandice shares a deeply personal story of professional disappointment and divine redirection. Together, we explore what it means to trust God when the path doesn’t make sense and the door we prayed for remains shut.
This episode unpacks:
How to process spiritual disappointment
The difference between peace and permission
Biblical truths for seasons of redirection
Tangible tools to navigate uncertainty and waiting
Why God’s “no” might actually be a setup for something greater
Whether you’re in a season of frustration, delay, or quiet surrender, this episode offers grace, truth, and encouragement for your journey.
✨ Because sometimes the closed door isn’t the end, it’s the redirection you didn’t know you needed.

Season 1 Episode 3: Discipline is A Love Language
We all have dreams, but are we showing up with the discipline to match them? In this episode, I’m unpacking a powerful word I heard at church: “A desire without discipline is just a dream.” Whew.
We’re diving into what it means to choose the pain of discipline over the pain of regret, and how spiritual discipline isn’t just about hustle, it’s about obedience. From Hebrews and Proverbs to Paul’s message in 1 Corinthians, we’re breaking down how God calls us to train, not just try.
Plus, real-life examples from scripture (Noah, Joseph, the Parable of the Talents) remind us that diligence, preparation, and obedience still matter.
This one is for the woman ready to grow, not just glow. 💪🏽✨

If you’ve ever felt behind, burnt out, or guilty for slowing down, this episode is for you. Let’s talk about divine interruptions, choosing connection over content, and why your life is still speaking, even when you’re not posting.
✨ Journal prompts, scripture, and encouragement included.
