Already Friends

About Already Friends

After much thought and consideration, both Ceara and Allison have decided to step away from Already Friends. We poured our hearts into the show for 5 full years and are so proud of what we created. The AFP community has grown with us and given us so much grace and support over the years. We’re both grieving in closing this chapter, but we know there’s new projects on the horizon. Thank you for joining us in this journey. We’re forever grateful for all of you! We will keep the episodes on Apple and Spotify through for at least the rest of 2026 for you to continue enjoying. If you're missing us, there's 50+ bonus episodes on patreon.com/alreadyfriends

Allison’s Spring Updates, Tulum Trip, 10k Run, Visiting Family in Omaha and Bucketlist Netherlands Activities

Ep 268: When Ceara announced she was leaving, Allison needed to decide if she would continue Already Friends as a solo host or step away as well. After taking a two month break to sit with the choice, Allison decided she will also be stepping back from this podcast. It was a really hard decision as she poured her heart into the show every week for 5 years. The AFP community will always be dear to her heart. She’s grieving in closing this chapter, but there are new projects on the horizon to stay connected. For more details about why she decided to step away after Ceara’s leaving, you can view updates on patreon.com/alreadyfriends In this episode, Allison keeps things positive and fun by sharing what she’s been up to the last two months! She took a birth integration trip to Tulum and she visited family in Omaha. She’s enjoying being out of the early postpartum trenches and having more ability to do self-care, creative projects, workouts, and day trips around The Netherlands. Before she closes the chapter for good, she wanted to softly say goodbye so she did this episode and will be doing two more. In the upcoming final episode, she invites listeners to celebrate this closing chapter of Already Friends with her by submitting a Goodbye AFP Message (https://www.alreadyfriendspodcast.com/say-goodbye) to be read aloud on the show. If Already Friends has meant something to you, if an episode got you through a hard week, made you feel less alone, made you laugh when you needed it, or positively changed your life, Allison wants to read your words on that final episode. Please submit by May 15th in order for it to be received before recording. The final episode will be published May 20th.
