Invest in Creators with BingeBuilder
Andre Washington, the founder of Binge Builder, has developed a platform to invest in early-stage creators and their intellectual property. He draws on his experience as a standup comedian and lawyer to create income share agreements, IP assignments, and investments into creator companies. This allows creators to benefit from the evergreen value of their IP, just like Marvel did. Andre also works to ensure that invested creators are less likely to experience burnout by making sure they have a good idea of where they are, how they're feeling, and are getting support and referrals. He also looks for high-quality content, with high levels of engagement, as this is a sign of an activated community. For investors, Andre targets a net return of 2.5 to 3.5x and a timeline of 36 months. Investors can reach out to Andre on LinkedIn or Twitter, or contact him via the Binge Builder website. You can subscribe on Apple, Spotify (https://open.spotify.com/show/376r1BBELkY5igmoJnqoSc?si=2d9d2def2d7e46d2), and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiGkQJT7KALnZr0LKV_wDWQ?Sub_Confirmation=1). Chisos Capital provides day one capital to entrepreneurs, athletes, creators, makers, and artists. They use an income share agreement to invest up to $50,000 in an individual, and receive a simple agreement for future equity in return. They assess the individual's financial picture, psychographic information, and business model to determine their opportunity score. The income share agreement remains in place even if the business fails. Chisos Capital understands the risks associated with investing in entrepreneurs and athletes, and they have taken steps to ensure their investments are secure. They use an income share servicer to ensure payments are made on time, and they verify all income with IRS forms. In addition, they offer support and resources for their investments, creating a community of individuals who are dedicated to success. This helps mitigate the risks of default and provides a steady flow of cash flow from the portfolio. Income from Mortgage Note Investing for Everyone
Chris Seveney isn’t afraid of challenges. When he first found mortgage investing he jumped right in and began to lear by doing, by investing. Now, with a track record of success, he wants to make an investment that has been out of reach for most available to all. Chris is the first fund manager I’ve spoken with to bring the alternative asset class of private mortgage notes to the masses. I like investments in mortgage notes because 1) they offer regular monthly income 2) they are secured by real estate as collateral 3) people tend to pay their mortgage if at all possible 4) when a deal does go bad and a borrower stops paying whomever is the lowest in the capital stack has the safest investment. This is not financial advice. Get full access to #AltReports at www.altreports.com/subscribe (https://www.altreports.com/subscribe?utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=CTA_4)

I hope you enjoy it. Get full access to #AltReports at www.altreports.com/subscribe (https://www.altreports.com/subscribe?utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=CTA_4)

Invest in the Solar Tsunami 🌊
We talked this week about the tsunami of government funding moving into renewables in the United States. Today you’ll hear from someone on the front edge of this wave 🌊 Here’s what you need to know: 💯 States representing more than half of the population of the United States have mandates to move to 100% renewable energy over the next 1-2 decades. 🔆 By 2030 its estimated that we’ll get 30% of our power (https://www.seia.org/research-resources/30-2030-new-target-solar-decade) from the sun. ↗️ Today solar produces less than 3% (https://www.eia.gov/tools/faqs/faq.php?id=427&t=3) - growth is going to be massive. 🦅 Now the government has queued up nearly $400B to make this bird sing. Local Private Lending and Financial Independence
In the inaugural episode of #AltReports Radio I sit down with Dawn Rickabaugh, the Note Queen, to talk about local private lending and financial independence. Private lending can provide a reliable income that's secured by collateral. Traditionally investors rely heavily on bonds for income and to balance their losses when equities fall. Now, this year, the bond market has suffered historic losses wiping out a decade of returns at the same time that stocks are falling. If you're looking for cash flow its time to look outside the bond market and that's why we're exploring alternatives on this show. In today's episode I talk about the passive income business that our guest has built in private real estate lending, note investing, and real estate. This is our first episode so its pretty raw. We didn't add a lot of bells and whistles but I hope you enjoy it anyway. About Our Guest Dawn Rickabaugh has been investing in real estate and real estate backed private loans for multiple decades. Starting as a nurse, she didn't have a background in finance or banking but she knew she wanted to stop trading hours for dollars. She educated herself and built a business and portfolio that provides just that. Dawn has built an admirable real estate and private lending business from her home in Carson City, Nevada and its afforded her financial security and independence. If you're interested in learning more about private lending and the "note business" drop us a comment below or reply to the email in your inbox.
