Your Wellbeing Is Not a Luxury
I’m back! After a little time away from the podcast, I’m returning with a solo episode about something at the heart of everything I do: wellbeing, movement, health and looking after ourselves.
With stress and pressure seemingly everywhere, I believe taking care of ourselves has never been more important. In this episode, I explore why wellbeing isn’t selfish or a luxury — it’s a non-negotiable if we want the energy, resilience and capacity to show up for the people and things that matter most.
With autumn bringing that natural feeling of a fresh start, let’s rethink what it means to invest in ourselves — through movement, mindfulness, rest and simply making ourselves a priority.
Because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
I’m so happy to be back. Here’s to a new season and making our wellbeing a little less negotiable.

Rowing Your Own Boat: The Honest Side of Entrepreneurship
Five years into running my own business—and on the edge of launching a second—I’ve been reflecting on what this path really looks like.
Not the highlight reel. Not the polished version.
But the reality of being your own boss.
In this episode, I talk about the pressure, the freedom, and the invisible weight that comes with building something from scratch. The moments where I’ve questioned it all… and the moments that remind me exactly why I started.
I also share how my relationship with work has shifted recently—especially around boundaries, energy, and learning to slow down instead of reacting to everything instantly.
If you’re already self-employed, in the thick of it, or thinking about starting something of your own—this is an honest, grounded conversation about what it really takes… and why, despite all of it, I still believe it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Consistency First, Variety Later
I know how overwhelming starting—or restarting—movement can feel. In this solo episode, I share a simple approach to get moving without getting stuck in complicated rules or routines.
I talk through easy, repeatable movements — squats, pushes, pulls, hinges, carries, and walking — and explain why doing a little consistently matters more than doing a lot perfectly.
This episode is about starting small, building the habit, and giving yourself room to explore variety later. If you’re looking for a gentle, practical way to make movement a regular part of your life, this episode is for you.
