Amara’s Voice
Amara’s Voice is a soft space for expansion — a journey through thoughts, feelings, and vibrations. Each episode is a moment of stillness, reflection, and remembering who you truly are.
Here, Amara ponders life through the lens of joy, alignment, and consciousness — exploring beliefs, emotions, creativity, and the art of feeling good.
There’s no fixing, no trying, no rushing. Just a voice — pondering for the joy of pondering.
What if Grace is not something we must earn, but something we have never been without?
In this episode, Amara explores the State of Grace through the unconditional love of a parent, the limitations of our awareness, and the beautiful symbolism of the prodigal son. What if we can forget our connection to Source without ever truly being separated from it?
From the Inner Self to the conscious return to our greater being, we ponder the possibility that Grace is always present, whether or not we recognize it.
Perhaps we have never left Grace. We’ve simply forgotten how to recognize it.

Amara Ponders The Unconscious Mind.
What if reality is far greater than what we are consciously able to perceive?
This week, I ponder the unconscious mind through the story of ants living inside a world much larger than they can comprehend. They can experience parts of it, study it and even become incredibly intelligent within it—and still never perceive the Whole.
Maybe we are not so different. I explore the limits of our conscious perception, the inner self, dreams, intuition, imagination, meditation and the possibility that what is unconscious to us may already be present, waiting to become conscious.
And unlike the ants, I believe we come from the very Source we are trying to understand. We are connected to it, and through it, connected to one another. Perhaps looking within isn’t about finding something new, but becoming receptive to more of what we already are.

Amara Ponders The Subconscious Mind.
What have you practiced for so long that you no longer realize you’re practicing it?
This week, I ponder the subconscious mind—the beliefs, patterns and associations that can operate beneath our immediate awareness. We explore how repeated thoughts can become beliefs, the power of the words I am, and why our minds often seem to find evidence for what we’ve already accepted as true.
Returning to the camera metaphor, I ask: what pictures have you been taking again and again? And what happens when one picture becomes so familiar that you mistake it for the whole album?
This isn’t about judging what you find within yourself. It’s about becoming curious about the thoughts, expectations and images your mind automatically returns to—and realizing that you can begin practicing something new.
