<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>佳宁谋杀案，是一宗发生在八十年代的案件。佳宁案涉及款项达六十六亿元，诉讼费更超过两亿元</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">1983年7月18日，马来西亚的裕民财务助理经理加里尔·伊巴拉希在位于九龙的丽晶酒店一房间里被人勒死。尸体更被弃于新界大埔墟站附近的蕉林。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">虽然伊巴拉希是一名助理经理，由马来西亚被派往香港管理会计和贷款等业务，但现在许多与佳宁案和伊巴拉希谋杀案有关的报道和书籍均认为伊巴拉希是一名核数员，来香港的目的是为了调查佳宁的账目，并指伊巴拉希企图阻挡土着金融向佳宁提供一个新贷款。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">警方后来拘捕一个名为麦福祥的马来西亚华人。麦福祥在审讯时声称陈松青是伊巴拉希谋杀案的指使者，但麦福祥的指控被陈松青的律师否认 [1] 。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">该案被告1972年来到香港，通过买卖物业及收购公司，短短数年间便建立了70亿港元的佳宁集团，聘用员工近3万人，业务范围广泛，包括餐馆、旅行社及的士公司等。但是，令人始料不及的是，这个神话背后竟是近百亿元的负债，被告利用空壳公司安排员工担任董事，贿赂裕民财务高层，致使在没有足够抵押的情况下，能够不经正常程序获得贷款达60多亿港元。进入80年代后，佳宁集团陷入债务困境，并最终于1983年11月清盘，佳宁股票变成废纸，股民损失惨重。</p><br>
