<p>安慎診所成立於1997年，提供桃竹苗地區數十萬民眾的疾病照護與健康促進。門診設有新陳代謝科、腎臟科、家庭醫學科、心臟科、胃腸肝膽科、乳房外科及泌尿科；醫療專業團隊包含醫師、護理師、營養師、衛教師、放射師、個管師…等；服務內容涵蓋各種慢性病 (糖尿病、腎臟病、BC型肝炎、高血壓……) 治療，各項超音波檢查、甲狀腺穿刺檢查、乳房外科穿刺檢查、乳房微創手術、胃腸鏡檢查、減重門診及各項自費體檢、勞工體檢等。 本院為糖尿病、腎臟病健康促進機構認證標章診所，為了提供優質的照護品質，我們建立了高水準且人數最多的衛教團隊，以「病友個人的專屬衛教師」為主軸，提供病友個別化、連續性的照護。因此連續多年獲衛福部頒發糖尿病照護品質卓越獎，腎臟病照護品質典範獎，2019年更獲得國家醫療品質之肯定。 本院引進桃竹苗基層診所唯一的甲狀現導引穿刺，提供甲狀腺疾病病友及時、安全、精準的穿刺檢查。 本院也成立了乳房外科團隊，引進最先進的乳房為創手術，讓竹苗地區的女性同胞不須奔波於各大醫院就能快速得到醫學中心等級的照護。 除了一般的胃鏡、大腸鏡、超音波檢查，本院的B、C肝炎治療在照護人數及品質也是新竹市首屈一指的基層診所，2018年獲衛福部健康保險署頒發熱心參與"C型肝炎全口服新藥健保給付執行計畫獎。 本院有設置安慎醫療APP，可提供掛號、看診進度查詢、檢驗報告查詢等服務。 <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
