1.一个孩子从小在懂事的环境下长大，自我意识薄弱，过早地学会察言观色，小心翼翼生怕自己惹大人不高兴，于是养成了顺从，乖巧，安静的“讨好型人格”。<br /> 2.这样的孩子快乐不起来。即使是快乐起来，也是很轻很轻的。你看不到他们眼里的光，你看不到他们的自信。他们总在怀疑自己是不是够好。<br /> 3.他们似乎是在为别人而活，他们很懂得谅解别人，容易看见别人的苦乐，很容易受到别人情绪的感染，容易牺牲自己取悦别人，他们很在乎别人，却总是忘了自己。<br /> 4.懂事，意味着一个人要舍弃自我的内心，将自己让渡出去。去忽视和压制自己心中的需求和感受。这对于任何一个孩子来说，都是灾难。<br /> 5.一个孩子，想哭就哭，想笑就笑，会撒娇，会发脾气，搞破坏，又嬉皮笑脸。这才是正常的孩子啊！而不是，他哭的时候，你粗暴的甩一句哭什么哭，不准哭！你要懂事，要听话。听你个头啊听，你有认真听过孩子说话吗？<br /> 6.小时候过多的压抑，最终会隐藏在心中的某个角落。是的，很多事我们都忘了，但是感受还在。这些被隐匿起来的不被大人接纳的感受终于在某一天的某个时刻如洪水猛兽，吞噬着那个长成了大人的你啊。

1.面对孩子的有些不当行为，有些父母说，我没有惩罚他，只是跟他说，你这样不好，再不好好吃饭，我就不要你了，把你送人或者送到农村爷爷奶奶家去！<br /> 2.我的天哪，你这是在用死刑威胁他啊！父母们经常会滥用一些威胁的话，一般句式是这样的，你再不怎么样，我就把你怎么样……威胁对孩子来说可能会是很重的惩罚，也许你天真的以为这是比抽打更温和的手段。<br /> 3.人们普遍认为，孩子很快就会忘记忧郁悲伤的感觉，也会忘记自己做出的决定。有些孩子会假装不在乎，他不想让别人看到他的害怕、担心、弱小，但惩罚和威胁羞辱了他们，他们的尊严会告诉他们，不要表现出受辱的样子，但他们对惩罚和威胁的感受最深，记得最久。<br /> 4.我们在工作和忙碌中，在奔跑和玩耍中忘却了忧伤，但是你还多少次记得，在寂静的夜晚，小时候父母对你的某些话语又浮现在脑海中！
