This New Moon (July 14th) is one of the most potent dreaming windows of the whole month — and in this episode, I’m going deep into what your dreams are actually trying to show you.
We talk about recurring dreams, fever dreams (including one of my own that I didn’t understand until I was an adult), lucid dreaming and a grounding phrase you can use inside your dreams, visitation dreams from loved ones who’ve passed, precognitive dreams, and the dreams that seem “ordinary” but might still be carrying a message.
I also share my own nightly practice of journaling and processing my dreams the next day — treating them like a personal reading — and why I believe our soul actually travels to another realm when we sleep, a belief held for centuries in Maya and Andean shamanic traditions.
