The Quantum Being: Shehnaz Soni on Science, Consciousness & the Power Within

🚀 Aerospace engineer and The Quantum Being author Shehnaz Soni has spent her life following questions that other people told her not to ask. Raised in Karachi, Pakistan, she pursued engineering, built a life in the United States, and later found a new path through metaphysics and Kabbalah. In this conversation, she shares how those experiences shaped her trust in what she calls her “inner navigation system.” 🌙 Then we go down the rabbit hole. Shehnaz answers our question about whether humans landed on the moon, shares her beliefs about advanced beings and craft, and explores what she thinks may lie beyond the familiar account of space exploration. We also discuss her concerns about phones and EMF, the pull of constant distraction, and how she believes technology can serve us without taking over our attention. ✨ From outer space to inner awareness, this episode invites curiosity about what we know, what we question, and where we place our power. Episode notes 📖 Explore Shehnaz’s book, The Quantum Being, and connect with her at shehnazsoni.com (https://shehnazsoni.com). 🌀 Shehnaz mentions an in-person manifestation class in St. Augustine on October 2, from 9–11 a.m. ET. To ask about it, email emerge@shehnazsoni.com (mailto:emerge@shehnazsoni.com) or find the event in Sacred Woman Rising.

Following the Unseen Tide: Tarot, Intuition and the Sacred Art of Divination

✨ After drifting beyond the horizon for a season, Ancient City Mystics returns with a conversation that now feels written by the tides themselves. In this episode, we welcome Kelly of Lago Tarot—a gifted reader, intuitive guide, and one of St. Augustine's most beloved mystical voices. Once grounded in the world of science and research, Kelly shares the remarkable journey that led her toward tarot, psychic development, and creating transformative channeling circles for our community. Together, we explore the art of divination, learning to trust your intuition, and the subtle ways spirit speaks when we're willing to listen. Kelly offers wisdom for anyone seeking a deeper connection with their inner knowing, while sharing stories from her own path of following the call beyond logic and into mystery. And then... the cards begin to speak. In an on-air reading, Kelly peers into the currents of a creative vision we've been quietly nurturing beneath the surface. What unfolds is so startlingly accurate that we could hardly believe it ourselves. While some treasures are still waiting to be revealed, listeners may notice a few clues floating through these waters. Riding the Cosmic Current: The Year of the Horse & Your Sacred Blueprint

✨ In this expansive and illuminating conversation, we sit down with local vibrational astrologer Melissa Marcum to explore how the Year of the Horse ignites both personal awakening and collective acceleration. This is astrology not as prediction, but as participation — a living dialogue between the body and the cosmos. There is an intelligence woven into our cycles, our energy, and our desires — a rhythm that moves beneath the surface of daily life. When we begin to work with that rhythm instead of against it, vitality shifts. Clarity deepens. Purpose sharpens. Melissa shares how she uses astrology as a bioenergetic tool — supporting physical health, emotional coherence, and alignment with one’s soul design. We reflect on the archetypal fire of the Horse, the momentum building beneath our feet, and the planetary shifts quietly reshaping the world as we know it. This episode is an invitation into resonance — into seeing the birth chart not as a static personality profile, but as a sacred blueprint for embodied power and conscious timing. If the pace of life feels like it is quickening… if something larger feels in motion… this conversation offers a way to ride the current with intention instead of resistance. We invite you in — not just to listen, but to align, to attune, and to move with the rhythm of the stars. 💫 Work with Melissa at mmastrovibes.com (https://mmastrovibes.com/) or find her in IG @melissaoneillmarcum (https://www.instagram.com/melissaoneillmarcum/#) + Join the waitlist at SacredWomanRising.com (https://www.sacredwomanrising.com) + Want to be on the show? Sacred Woman Rising

✨  In this soulful conversation, we open the sacred door to what it means to live in the flow of the Divine Feminine — not as a concept, but as a lived reality woven into our days, our choices, and our spiritual practices. We speak to the woman who feels the pull toward more — more presence, more wholeness, more sisterhood — the woman whose heart whispers that she’s not meant to do life alone or compartmentalized from her spirit. Together we explore what it feels like to remember who you really are: a woman deeply rooted in her intuition, moving with the rhythms of nature and her own inner cycles, and anchored in a community that mirrors her soul’s longing for truth, ritual, and shared devotion. This episode is for the seeker who’s ever wondered what life could be like if her spiritual practice wasn’t another to‑do, but a steady current beneath her every breath. If you’ve ever felt the call to reclaim your rhythm, your voice, your sacred identity — you’ll want to lean into this conversation. We invite you in — not just to listen, but to feel, to remember, and to rise. ✨  Join the waitlist at SacredWomanRising.com (https://www.sacredwomanrising.com/) ✨  Want to be on the show? In Service to Spirit: The path of Morgan the Medium

✨  In this extraordinary conversation, Morgan the Medium shares the story of her near-death experience that opened the floodgates to a life of mediumship, psychic justice, and deep service to Spirit. With formal training and degrees in criminology and psychology, Morgan now works at the intersection of intuition and investigation—assisting with cold cases, connecting families with the beyond, and offering healing through her sacred gift. There are moments of levity, soul, and shimmering insight as Morgan pulls back the veil on how messages arrive, how she receives them, and how she’s come to trust what moves through her. The energy in this episode was palpable. Spirit was present. Morgan’s frequency was so high it interfered with our tech, resulting in a drop in our usual audio quality. But the current is clear: this episode hums for those attuned to what lies just beyond the seen. ✨  Connect with Morgan on her website MorganTheMedium.com (https://www.morganthemedium.com/) ✨  Want to be on the show? Wombs Like Water: Crossing the Threshold of Motherhood

✨In this episode, we sit in sacred conversation with Christi Quinney—a seasoned doula and pillar of the St. Augustine birth community for over two decades—to explore birth not only as a physical act, but as a soul-deep rite of passage. Together, we remember the mother as archetype: not defined by biology alone, but by her capacity to create, hold, and transform. We speak to the waters of becoming—the inner tides that rise when a woman crosses into new life, whether through birthing a child, a vision, or a deeper version of herself. From the silent initiations of matrescence to the unraveling and reformation of identity, this is a conversation about death, rebirth, and the sacred remembering of feminine power.
