Hello there! If you found your way to this corner of the world, it is because you need a break! Just like you, I need a break too from time to time. Anita Break! (See what I did there?) was created by me—your host, laugh instigator, and your personal cheerleader in podcast form. Why? Because I believe everyone deserves a few minutes of lighthearted fun in their day. If you like podcasts that are 15 minutes or less and podcasters who do not take themselves seriously, then this podcast is perfect for you.
In this podcast episode, I talk about the unpredictable rollercoaster ride we call perimenopause . I am talking about those uninvited mood swings, itchy or crawling skin, brain fog and let's not forget about those heart palpations just to name a few!
Perimenopause is confusing and chaotic because our hormones are large and in charge, but instead of suffering in silence, we are going to laugh at the madness and embrace the fact that perimenopause is basically our body's way of saying, "Surprise!"
So let's swap stories and overcome this new phase of life with our grace and dignity in tact because at the end of the day, we got this!
