STARR #38 - The Three Forces Of A Space
The recorded STARR (https://annechloe.substack.com/podcast) above provides a number of distinctions about the 3 forces for anyone interested to notice and work with them to amplify your actions in your spaces.
Here, I write experiments that build matrix in scanning for and making us of the 3 Forces of a space: the Affirming, Sustaining and Denying Force.
Denying Force Experiment
I suggest to not try to be a Denying force in a transformational or initiatory spaces. There are many denying forces going against the evolution of consciousness already, there is really no need to add to them.
I suggest to experiment being a Denying force in a space where you authentically want to block, slow down, deny the efforts. For example, a town meeting in which elected officials are giving more rights to corporations to mine, extract, frack, lumber, drill, poison your land, water and air.
Be a Conscious Denying force to the extension of corporate profit, and greed. Speak up, say ‘No’, say ‘Stop!’, ask the nastiest questions relevant to the situation. It may take for you to change your identity into being a Conscious A*****e (https://assholetraining.mystrikingly.com).
Affirming Force Experiments
* Ask vulnerable and authentic questions that move the edge of the space further into the discovery of possibility. Your questions can be directed at one person in particular, or the space in general. Note that there is a difference between asking Emotional Healing Processes questions such as, ‘What is blocking you?’ ‘What is in the way?’ ‘What are you feelings?’ and Edge-questions. Edge questions are open-ended and are directed towards the Unknown, instead of the Unconsciousness. In this experiment, as an Affirming force, you want to open new territories instead of focusing on what is not working. You could use questions such as, ‘What is it that you see that I don’t?’, ‘What else is possible when this is not in the way?’, ‘If you allow yourself to dream big about this, what would you say?’, ‘If you let your Archetypal Lineage come through, what would it want to say to us?’
* Appreciate the quality of being and doing of your colleagues. An Affirming force quality, along with a clear mind and a sharp sword, is the ability of being generous with appreciation. Notice who is noticing what they did not used to notice, and appreciate the new parts of their Being unfolding. Scan for who is practicing and making effort to stay present beyond what their current Box will allow. Take it up a notch with appreciating people who either bigger than you (if you tend to be jealous or competitive) or smaller than you (if you tend to dismiss people who you have graded lower status (http://yourstatus.mystrikingly.com) than yourself).
* Make a commitment for a gameworld you play in, and do it. Be an Affirming force being making a commitment that serves a gameworld, a team, a project bigger than your personal circle. This can range from writing an article and publishing it, making a Context Deepening (http://setcontext.mystrikingly.com) video and posting it, writing a review for each of your colleague for them to put on their website, designing an app, writing a theater play to be shown at the next in-person meeting, writing a booklet, collecting money for a common project, etc…
