I'm actually every week, which is rough, but necessary. And yeah. So I need like major breakthroughs. Some, yeah, I'd say. I mean, every therapy session is definitely like, wow, glad I got that done. Yeah. It's always like nerve wrecking going there. And then I end up being like, Do you feel so much better? Yeah. I'll be like bouncing my leg the whole time. And then I'll be like exhausted by the end of it. But yeah, if that's any motivation for anyone else who is struggling, wanting to find themselves again, or start therapy, go to therapy. […]
